Mike brings over five years of experience in the energy sector, including roles at the Australian Energy Foundation and the Australian Energy Market Operator, where he forecast grid reliability before turning to company building. He first founded Custodian, a micro-investment marketplace that let individuals invest in pools of solar and wind projects for as little as a dollar a day, an experience that surfaced the difficulty businesses face in securing affordable energy pricing and directly inspired Termina. He co-founded Termina in 2020 and now leads the company as CEO.

Roddy co-founded Termina and leads sales and partnerships, bringing the platform's procurement model to businesses managing energy across multiple sites. His background is in science and commercial strategy: he researched salmon feed efficiency at New Zealand's Cawthron Institute and worked on macroalgae commercialisation at Pacific Bio, an Australian biotech company, in both research and commercial strategy consulting roles. He studied conservation and ecology at Monash University, where he also developed an entrepreneurship education module for Year 10 students at Monash Tech School.

Tom came to energy through electrical and mechatronics engineering. He holds a commerce degree in economics from the University of Melbourne alongside a master's specialising in grid-stable, market-optimised trading of behind-the-meter energy assets. Before co-founding Termina, he worked as a business analyst at Kogan and as a mechatronics engineer for an industrial machinery manufacturer. As CTO, he brings that combination of power systems knowledge and software engineering directly to how Termina's platform is built.
