Sten's career spans both sides of the goal-tracking equation, which shapes his product philosophy today. He studied IT and audit in Paris, then spent three years as Chief Technology Officer there, before moving to Sydney to join Atlassian as a Product Manager for five years - including regularly reporting metrics to co-founder Scott Farquhar, an experience that left him acutely aware of how reporting feels from the other side of the table. In 2017, he founded Squadlytics in Lisbon, before starting Tability in 2021, which he continues to lead today.

Bryan was a Visual Designer at Atlassian, where he worked closely with the executive team to craft brand narratives for the company's annual user conference, Atlassian Summit, presented to audiences of 3,000–5,000 in San Jose and Barcelona. He also contributed to two major company-wide rebrands (2014 and 2017), giving him direct experience scaling brand systems through periods of significant growth. He later spent four years as an independent design consultant for companies including Cloudflare, Algolia, and Trello, and now leads design and marketing at Tability.
